Terms of Service

1. Contact and Quote Request: Before any aircraft charter or leasing services can be provided, clients must first contact us to request a quote. This can be done through our website, email, or phone. We will work with you to provide a customized quote that meets your unique needs.

2. Contract or Proforma Invoice: Once the quote has been accepted by the client, we will provide a contract or proforma invoice outlining the details of the agreed-upon services. This document must be accepted and paid within the stated deadline in order for our services to become available.

3. Leasing and Charter Agreements: Each leasing agreement and charter agreement will be negotiated according to its own criteria. We will work with you to ensure that all details of the agreement are clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties.

4. Payment: Payment for our services must be made according to the terms outlined in the contract or proforma invoice. We accept various payment methods, including wire transfer and credit card. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest and/or pursue legal action to collect payment.

5. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to the agreed-upon services must be communicated to us in a timely manner. Depending on the specifics of the agreement, changes and cancellations may result in additional fees or penalties.

6. Liability: Blue Cube Aviation is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or accidents. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage as necessary.

7. Compliance: Clients using our services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to aviation and transportation.
